Adirondack Coast Cultural Passport Winners Named

adk coast arts and history passportThe 2017 Adirondack Coast Arts & History Passport prize winners have been announced.

The Passport serves as a guide to 17 museums and cultural sites located throughout the Adirondack Coast. The program kicks off during the Adirondack Coast Cultural Alliance’s annual Museum Days.

Participants are encouraged to collect as many stamps as they can while exploring the different locations in the guide.

Prize Winners:

Grand Prize Winner: A Night on the Town, William D. Ferguson of Plattsburgh, NY – Prize includes tickets to a movie at the Strand Center theatre, dining at Our House Bistro in downtown Plattsburgh, and lodging accommodations at LaQuinta Inn & Suites.

A Taste of Our Town, Lyon Mountain Winner: Aya Higgins of Plattsburgh, NY – Prize includes items from the Lyon Mt. Mining & RR Museum store along with gift certificates from Martin’s Tackle Shop, the Owlyout Restaurant and the Iron Ore Market.

Adirondack Coast Basket Winner: Ari Meixler of Wilmington, MA – A basket full of Adirondack Coast inspired goodies, including t-shirts, hats, and magnets.

The 2018 Adirondack Coast Arts & History Passport will be released June 16-17th to coincide with ACCA’s Museum Days and New York State’s Path Through History Weekend with a new set of prizes.

The Adirondack Coast Arts & History Passport is published by the Adirondack Coast Cultural Alliance and the Adirondack Coast Visitors Bureau.
