Celebrating Women in Leadership in Paul Smiths

Kristin Esterberg by SUNY PotsdamAdirondack Research Consortium has announced that “Celebrating Women in Leadership: Workplace Resources, Tools, and Strategies,” a workshop designed to explore the challenges and opportunities for women in leadership roles, has been set for Friday, February 22, 2019, from 10 am to 3 pm, in the Joan Weill Adirondack Library, on the Paul Smith’s College Campus.

This workshop will provide an opportunity to learn about available resources and workplace strategies, and to engage in facilitated discussions to identify action items to help young women in the workplace. Lunch will be provided.

The workshop will feature a Keynote by Dr. Kristin Esterberg, President, SUNY Potsdam, as well as Dr. Cathy Dove, President, Paul Smith’s College; Dr. Malika Carter, Chief Diversity Officer, SUNY ESF, The North Country Women’s Leadership Initiative; and The Center for Women in Government and Civil Society at the University at Albany.
