Adirondack Harvest Regional Meetings Planned

The Annual Regional Meetings of Adirondack Harvest is set to be held on Tuesday, February 12th and streamed live to local chapters.

Adirondack Harvest’s goal is to further sustainable agriculture in the Adirondack region and surrounding areas. 

Their Annual Regional Meetings via livestream provide an opportunity to learn more about the mission of the organization, its association with Cornell Cooperative Extension, and its many projects and events throughout the North Country. In addition to brief chapter reports, there will be an update on the new website metrics, an election of new board members, a financial update, and discussion of future plans. Meetings typically include a potluck meal and/or food provided by local farms.

Chapters will be meeting, followed by the regional meeting, at the following locations:

Warren County Soil & Water Conservation District, 394 Schroon River Rd, Warrensburg. 6 pm potluck dinner & chapter meeting, then 7 pm regional meeting. RSVP to Teresa Whalen at (518) 466-5497 or taawhalen@yahoo.com.

Clinton County: Shady Grove Farm & Wellness Center, 844 State Route 22B, Peru 6 pm meal (provided by Shady Grove)/chapter meeting, 7 pm regional mtg. RSVP to Sara Bull (518) 561-7450 or slk95@cornell.edu.
