CycleADK Weekender at Paul Smith’s College Returns

cycle adk logoRegistration is now open for 2019 Weekender at Paul Smith’s College, a family-friendly bicycling event scheduled for June 28-June 30.

Introduced by Cycle Adirondacks in 2018, the event was designed with all the amenities and features of CycleADK’s flagship Ultimate Cycling Vacation, but with half the time commitment and a singular event base at the lakeside campus of Paul Smith’s College.

Each day features fully supported road cycling routes of various distances, guided off-bike activities, delicious meals and nightly entertainment designed to tell the story of the Adirondacks.

While the event is based on the Paul Smith’s College campus, the daily cycling routes will bring guests through Gabriels, Vermontville, Loon Lake, Rainbow Lake, Onchiota, Lake Clear and Saranac Lake.

The 2018 Weekender event drew guests from throughout the northeast and as far away as Florida. CycleADK expects the participation and geographic reach to grow for the 2019 event.

Weekender guests will have the ability to book lodging on campus directly through CycleADK or can choose to stay at the newly renovated and re-opened Hotel Saranac in nearby Saranac Lake. Camping at the Department of Environmental Conservation’s Fish Creek/Rollins Pond and Meacham Lake campgrounds are also available.

Registration and complete event information, including the event cycling routes, is now available here.
