Adirondack North Country Association’s (ANCA) 2019 Annual Meeting has been set for Friday, September 20th, from 2 to 4 pm at Great Camp Sagamore in Raquette Lake. The meeting will focus on New York State’s Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act (CLCPA) and opportunities it presents for the region.
Featured speakers include Amanda Lefton, First Assistant Secretary of Energy and the Environment, and Mark Lowery, Climate Policy Analyst for the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation.
This meeting is open to the public, admission is Students $15, Members $20, Non-Members $35.
There will be optional tours held before and after the meeting. Before the meeting, from 12:30 to 1:30 pm, will be a tour of Great Camp Sagamore, at a $10 reduced rate for meeting attendees. Following the meeting, a 3-course dinner cruise on Raquette Lake will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 pm, at a price for $65 per person. There will be a cash bar available.
