North Country Community College is set to host a Domestic Violence Awareness and Survivor Night on Monday, October 28th, from 6 to 8 pm, at its Malone Campus.
The goal of the event is to help break the silence surrounding domestic violence. Attendees are encouraged to share stories of surviving domestic violence, volunteer to read a survivor’s story or simply show support by being present for others to share their story.
Professionals from local domestic violence agencies will be on hand with information and to provide support.
This program will take place in the Mills Mezzanine, located at 61 William St, Malone, and is free and open to the public.
