The Long Lake Fish and Game Club with the support of the Long Lake Parks and Recreation Department has announced their annual Ice Fishing Derby has been set for Saturday, February 8th, 2020.

Anglers are invited to fish the waters of Lake Eaton and Long Lake.

Registration is $25 per person and will be at the Geiger Arena located at 6 Pavilion Lane starting at 6 am. Tip ups and lines in at 7 am with live weigh in at the Long Lake Snack Shack located at the Long Lake Town Beach at 1258 Main Street until 3 pm.

Cash prizes will be awarded for all species of trout and landlocked salmon from Lake Eaton and northern pike on Long Lake. Winner of the derby must be present to win with prizes awarded at the Long Lake Diner starting at 3:30 pm.

The Long Lake Diner will host the Moonlighters Poker Run Wrap up party with live music by Tyler Peter and Michelle Howland starting at 5 pm.
