Webinar for small businesses impacted by Covid-19

Are you a small business owner negatively impacted by the coronavirus outbreak? The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is offering some ways to help.

The North Country Chamber of Commerce and SCORE have teamed up to host a webinar from 11 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, March 24, for small business owners to learn more about their options.

One possibility: low-interest federal disaster loans to New York State small businesses, small agricultural cooperatives, and non-profit organizations.

SBA staff will be on the call to provide information and answer questions.

Attendees will be able to ask questions during the webinar using GoToWebinar’s “chatbox” function; questions will be answered by SBA staff as time allows.

For ROOST members, a follow up call is planned for 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 25. Hear what ROOST is doing
and how to better utilize state and federal programs, including unemployment insurance and SBA loans.
