RBG (Ruth Bader Ginsburg)
Tiny warrior standing tall,
Brooklyn girl, notorious,
Ahead of her time,
Ahead of her ‘place’,
Fearless woman,
Standing for the oppressed.
She married law,
And justice.
She married a man,
Who recognized her flame,
And fought her fight.
She birthed children,
And paths to equality.
Tiny warrior standing tall,
Voice for the voiceless.
She will be missed,
This fearless woman,
Oh, how she will be missed.
R.I.P. now, our RBG,
R.I.P., as we proudly inherit your light,
And carry it on,
Forever.
Well said!
Thank you, Annette.
RBG, a bright light and guiding beacon in these dark times. Thank you.
Thank you for this tribute. I would love to learn more about her time as a camper in the Adirondacks and her appreciations of the experiences and the mountains.
Here you go!

Thanks so much Melissa for this link to the great article about RBG’s connection to the ADKs. I didn’t know this but is so much in character for this true Renaissance woman- so balanced in all aspects of her life. She is missed.
Thanks so much to all who read and enjoyed my tribute to her!
Stay safe and well always. Best Regards, Annette Pisano-Higley
