All are welcome to gather for an outdoor concert, Sound of theAdirondacks with Dan Berggren, on Wednesday, May 24 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Kelly Adirondack Center
Outdoor Amphitheater. This event is free and open to the public. The concert is weather-dependent, so interested parties are encouraged to keep an eye on email updates/the Kelly Adirondack Center’s website should poor weather conditions be in the forecast for the evening of the concert.
“With guitar, banjo, a strong voice and a sense of humor, Dan sings of the many dimensions of home, hard-working folks, taking care of our planet and each other,” Environmentalist and author Bill McKibben writes. “Dan Berggren is thesound of theAdirondacks, as much as the water lapping against the granite shore of the lake or the loon echoing in the sunset or the wind tossing the spruce tops… He’s articulating things that need to be said right now.”
Community news stories come from press releases and other notices from organizations, businesses, state agencies and other groups.

Not everyone knows evey inch of the Adirondacks. That includes me. I dont know where the Kelly Adirondack Center at Union College is located. I think it would be helpful to include directions, town and location of the event in the article to help us older folk who live off grid and dont have all the tech savyness needed to find these thing out. I read the article 3 times to make sure I didnt miss the directions and I did not. How do I get there?
