Town of Inlet seeks donations for Arrowhead Park playground project

The Town of Inlet Parks Department is excited to have in the works – the Arrowhead Park Playground Project. There is something wonderful about walking into a local park and seeing young children running around a jungle gym, swinging on a swing, or going down a slide. [Children have the opportunity to] exercise, make friends, laugh, and run as their parents and neighbors catch-up over a cup of coffee.

Over the years, the Arrowhead Park playground has slowly lost pieces of equipment due to age and safety concerns. It is now time to improve and replace the equipment to keep the park a fun and safe place for kids to play. Mike Bartolotti and the Inlet Parks Department have put together a beautiful new plan to do just that.  With the help of Bears Playgrounds out of Lima, NY, we have the blueprint of a new vision for the playground.   The Inlet Youth Commission, the Inlet Area Community Task Force, the Inlet Area Business Association, the Town of Inlet, and the Inlet Parks Department would all like to collectively ask for your support in this effort by making a donation to the Arrowhead Park Playground Project Fund.
