Old Forge, NY- View Arts Center is excited to announce that it will be starting a Community Theatre and will be holding its first Community Theatre Interest Meeting on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at 5 p.m. View’s goal will be to produce plays and musicals that will star local talent found in Old Forge and the surrounding area.

View welcomes all those interested in helping bring the new Community Theatre to life. This initial informational meeting is for anyone interested in being involved with the community theatre in any capacity, or those just curious about what a community theatre in Old Forge might entail.

If you have an interest in acting, directing, stage managing, music directing, designing, or choreographing, please reach out to View’s Performing Arts Manager, Anna Beth Shelton Gibbens at agibbens@viewarts.org, and be sure to attend the meeting on September 20.
