The Hyde Collection presents “Faces of Love” Candlelight Tour, Feb. 15

This enchanting candlelight tour, taking place Thursday, Feb. 15 at 6 p.m., will showcase several carefully selected masterpieces from the Renaissance to the 20th Century, exploring the themes of love, lust, and loss.

The tour will feature carefully chosen artworks, each representing different facets of love, from attraction to the poignant experience of loss. For this program, two rarely viewed pieces have been added from the archives. One piece by Jean Auguste Dominique Ingres, recently returned after being on loan in Paris, will also be on view.

Adding an extra touch to the evening, each guest will receive a special Valentine’s Day gift. Following the tour, guests can explore the other newly opened exhibitions, including Venetian Vistas, a collection of paintings showcasing the enchanting city of Venice, often referred to as the city of love. This addition promises to make “Faces of Love” a unique and enjoyable event.
