Long Lake and Raquette Lake Winter Wonderland Week

There is plenty to do in Long Lake and Raquette Lake from February 16  – 25  . Winter Wonderland Week offers a slate of events for all ages.

The Long Lake Geiger Ice Skating Rink and Mt. Sabattis Sledding Hill will be open daily from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. daily, no matter the conditions. Special programming on Sunday, February 25  includes a visit from the Long Lake Fire Department as part of the Adirondack Local Culture Program Community Day at the Geiger Arena and is open to everyone.


Restaurant Week starts February 16  – 25 . Visit the ADK Trading Post, Adirondack Hotel, Brookside Hops and Hoagies, Long Lake Diner, Long View Lodge and the Paradise Cove Cafe. EAT ADK Restaurant WeekEAT ADK Restaurant Week, a celebration of culinary exploration, has been set for the week of May 2-9. Participating restaurants, pubs and bistros will be offering multiple course menus at fixed prices.

With 45 participating dining establishments, residents and visitors can look forward to sampling the best dishes at discounted prices in the Adirondack communities of Lake Placid, Long Lake, Saranac Lake, Tupper Lake and Wilmington. Restaurants will be offering prix fixe (fixed price) menus with pricing options of $15, $20 and $30.
